How to Send an SMS Message to Your Customer on the Cents App

Follow these steps to send an SMS message to your customer using the Cents App:

  1. Navigate to the Message Icon

    1. Locate the small message icon at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Start a New Message

    1. Tap the “+” icon to begin drafting a new message.

  3. Select Your Customer

    1. Use the search bar to type your customer’s name and select them from the list.

  4. Compose and Send Your Message

    1. Type your message into the text box.

    2. Keep in mind there is a 160-character limit per message.

    3. When ready, tap the Send button.

You can now continue your conversation with your customer via SMS directly within the Cents App.



Note

  • If a customer claims they did not receive a text message, have them text “START” to your Accelerate number to re-enable SMS notifications.

  • If a customer would like to opt out of receiving messages, they can text “STOP” to your Accelerate number.
