Follow these steps to send an SMS message to your customer using the Cents App:
Navigate to the Message Icon
Start a New Message
Select Your Customer
Compose and Send Your Message
You can now continue your conversation with your customer via SMS directly within the Cents App.
Note
If a customer claims they did not receive a text message, have them text “START” to your Accelerate number to re-enable SMS notifications.
If a customer would like to opt out of receiving messages, they can text “STOP” to your Accelerate number.
