How to Send an SMS Message to Your Customer in the Business Manager

Sending an SMS to your customer in the Business Manager is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Message Icon

    1. Look for the small message icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Create a New Message

    1. Click on “+ Create New Message” or the “+” icon to begin drafting a new message.

  3. Select Your Customer

    1. Type your customer’s name into the search bar and select them from the list.

  4. Compose and Send Your Message

    1. Type your message into the text box.

    2. Remember, there is a 160-character limit per message.

    3. Once your message is ready, click the Send button.

You can now continue your conversation with your customer via SMS directly within the Business Manager.



Note

  • If a customer claims they did not receive a text message, have them text “START” to your Accelerate number to re-enable SMS notifications.

  • If a customer would like to opt out of receiving messages, they can text “STOP” to your Accelerate number.
