Cents Accelerate is the SMS marketing tool that you can utilize through Cents!

For a step by step breakdown, please review below:

To get started, click into “Cents Accelerate” in the top right corner of your Cents Business Manager.

In order to login, you will use the email and password combination that you first input on your Cents Accelerate registration form.

To access Cents Accelerate, simply click on “Cents Accelerate” in the top right corner and you will land in the Cents Accelerate Inbox. Here, you can initiate all SMS communication. You can manage all inbound SMS communication in your “Inbox” and outbound messaging with your customers in your “CRM.”

By default, you will land on your “Inbox.”

When you click into a specific customer from your inbox, you will be able to see the two way communication between you and your customer.

You can respond by simply clicking “Respond” followed by clicking “Send.”

You will always have the option to “Mark All Displayed Read” and all messages will be marked as read.

All SMS communications between you and the customer will be sent to you via email for record keeping.

From this page, you have a few options.

You can click into “See Customer” where you will be able to see all of your activity with this specific customer, along with their contact information details.

You also have the option to set an out of office reminder by simply clicking into the “In Office” toggle in the top right corner. You will see a popup to confirm your action. By default, this will set you out of office for a 24 hour period, but you can always change this setting by reaching out to the Cents support team.

Now, let’s head to the CRM. This is where you are able to filter through all your customers, add tags, and send out batch SMS text messages.

To begin, you can search customers in the search bar by name, address, email, or zipcode. You can also click into “Show Filters'' and find a customer based on a more specific metric, such as “Total Orders” or “Last Order Date.” This will now bring up a list of customers based on the filter you chose.

From here, you can find customers in several different ways. You can select a group of users and simply segment them based on who they are as a customer. For example, you can tag all “VIP” customers to easily batch SMS these customers in the future.

Once you have found your subset of customers, you can send a batch SMS to them. To do this, simply click on “Batch SMS” located above the list of users.

After clicking on “Batch SMS,” start writing the text message you would like to send to the customers based on the criteria you previously set, and click “Send.”

Of course, you can track this outbound communication under the customer activity.

If you wish to send a “one-off” SMS text message, you can go to “Show All Customers,” select the customers you want to send a message to, and click “SMS.”

Once you draft your message and click “Send” it will send an SMS to all of the customers you selected.
