Cents Assist is an AI tool that assists customers in answering general questions about a specific store.

It includes phone capabilities plus AI responses. Phone assist will support customers who call into the store with questions or requests.

Assist SMS builds on Cents Accelerate messaging in Cents to automatically respond to questions from customers.

To have SMS AI responses, Cents Accelerate or a third party messaging integration will need to be set up, in addition to Cents Assist.
