To get started using Cents Assist, fill out the onboarding form to ensure the correct information will be communicated to your end customers.
In this form, enter a welcome message, store hours / location message, services/pricing messages, upsell protocol, FAQs, single-store escalations number, multi-store escalations number, and Twilio phone number.
This information will then be used to assist with answering questions that customers may have.
