If you’re having trouble signing up or placing an order, it may be due to phone number validation or delivery eligibility. Here’s what to check:

Sign-Up Issues

  • We require a valid phone number to sign up via OTP (one-time password).

  • If your number is not receiving a code, it may be invalid or unsupported.

    • Text “START” to 321-248-7171 to resubscribe to SMS messages.

  • Ensure you’ve entered the correct number with the right country code.

Delivery Eligibility

For Own Delivery:

✅ Own Delivery is enabled in Business Manager

✅ Your address is within a supported zone (or store zip code)

✅ Delivery is available on upcoming days

For On-Demand Delivery:

✅ On-Demand is enabled in Business Manager & Internal Manager

✅ Store and customer phone numbers are valid

✅ Address is serviceable by Delivery Providers

✅ Delivery is available on upcoming days
