If you need to update the bank account used for deposits on your Penny devices, please follow the steps below. We’ll submit your request to the payment processor once we receive all required documentation.
Required Documents
To process a bank account update, please provide the following to our support team or your Customer Success Manager:
Completed and Signed Account Change Form
This form must be signed by the same individual who signed the original merchant application.
Pre-Printed Voided Check or Official Bank Letter
The check or letter must show the new routing and account numbers.
Photo ID
Provide a photo of a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID for the individual who signed the merchant application.
Processing Time
Changes typically take 1–5 business days after all documentation has been received.
During the update period, your current bank account will remain active to prevent deposit issue.
