What We’ll Upload for You and the Info We’ll Need
Logo
Your logo will appear at the top of customer receipts and on your delivery booking page. To keep your branding consistent and professional, please email a high-quality version of your logo to us.
Products & Services
To accurately set up your products & services menu, we need the following for each item:
Name of the product or service
Pricing type: per pound, fixed price, a modifier, or a product
Price
Whether the item is taxable
Team Members
We'll help get your staff added to the system. Please provide:
First Name
Last Name
Employee Code (Can be any unique 4-digit number easy for your employee to remember)
Email (Can be a placeholder/fake if the team member doesn’t use email)
Phone Number (Optional for staff members, except drivers)
Access Level: Employee, Manager, Admin, or Driver
Employee: Has access to the in-store Cents POS app to process orders and handle daily store operations.
Driver: Has access to the Cents Driver App to manage pickups and deliveries.
Manager: Can manage orders, customers, machines, and view the Dashboard and reports — but cannot access account settings.
Admin: Has full access, including everything a Manager can do, plus the ability to manage account settings and team permissions.

We can upload a customer list with the following details:

If you’re tracking machines that aren’t integrated directly with Cents, we can still get them added. Please send:
