Use My Stores → Dispatch → New Route to pick stops, name the route, and optimize it for traffic before your driver leaves.
Step-by-step: Build a new route
Go to My Stores → Dispatch
Use the date arrows to select today or a future date (up to 7 days ahead).
Click New Route.
Confirm Start and End:
By default, both are your store address.
You can change these to a stop or a custom address if needed.
Select stops to include:
Use Select All (checkbox) to grab everything in a window, or select individual stops.
Search + filter stops (recommended)
Inside the stop selection window:
Use Search (magnifying glass) to quickly find a stop.
Use Filter to build routes by stop type (example: pickup-only route).
You can also filter for things like unrouted pickups (so you’re only routing stops that aren’t already assigned).
Create + name the route
When you create the route, it’s automatically named based on the window name + date.
You can rename it anytime (example: “Johnny’s route”).
