How to Use Order Filters and Groups in Business Manager

Written by Sivan Salem

Order Filters let you narrow down your orders list by attributes like payment status, order status, location, and more. Groups let you save filter combinations as named views you can come back to with one tap — no rebuilding filters every time.

Finding the Filters

  1. Log in to Business Manager

  2. Go to My Stores in the left navigation

  3. Select Orders

  4. Tap the filter icon next to the search bar

Applying Filters

  1. Tap the filter icon to open the filter panel

  2. Select any combination of filters (see the full list below)

  3. Tap Apply

Your orders list will update to show only matching results. A link showing X filters applied will appear below the results count — tap it anytime to reopen the filter panel with your current selections pre-loaded.

To clear all filters, open the filter panel and tap Reset Filters.

Saving a Filter View as a Group

If you apply the same filters regularly, save them as a group so you can access that view in one tap.

  1. Apply your filters and tap Apply

  2. Tap Save as Group

  3. Give the group a name

  4. Tap Save

Your group will appear in the left navigation under a Groups section, just below the All / Retail / Commercial / Product Sales tabs. Groups are saved to your account and persist across sessions.

To rename or delete a group: tap the group name in the left nav and select Rename or Delete.

Exporting Filtered Results

You can export the filtered order list at any time — from the main Orders page with filters applied, or from within a saved group view. The export will only include orders that match your current filters.

Example Use Cases

Plan your day's staffing Filter by Order Status: Ready for Intake to see how many orders are queued up and need to be processed. Save it as a group called "Intake Queue" to check every morning before scheduling staff.

Collect payment at pickup Filter by Order Status: Ready for Pickup + Payment Status: Balance Due or Pending to surface every order that's ready to go but still needs payment. No more guessing at the counter.

Isolate orders by location If you manage multiple locations, use the Locations filter to see orders for a single store without everything else mixed in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find the filter option? Tap the filter icon next to the search bar on the Orders page (under My Stores in Business Manager).

Can I use multiple filters at the same time? Yes — you can combine as many filters as you need. All active filters are applied together.

How do I see which filters are active? The "X filters applied" link below your results count shows how many filters are on. Tap it to see and edit them.

Can I filter by team member or staff? Not in this release — team member filters are planned for a future update.

Can I set a default filter view? You can save a group and select it each time. There's no way to set a default view automatically at this time.

Do my groups sync across multiple users on my account? Groups are saved per user. Each team member manages their own saved groups.

Can I export a filtered list? Yes — the export button works with filtered results, so you'll only download the orders that match your filters.
