Commercial pricing schedules are now live on Cents! What does this mean for you?

You now have the ability to create pricing schedules (aka, pricing tiers) in which you can enroll specific customers. These pricing schedules will appear anywhere the customer places an order, whether online or in-store, and will apply to any location your customer visits.

Pricing tiers can be defined by industry type, volume of pounds processed, etc -- it's completely up to you!

The process is super simple. Take a look at the step-by-step breakdown or video below to learn how to utilize this feature.

  1. Go to the "Products & Services" section of your Cents Business Manger

  2. Click on "Pricing Tiers," and click on the + sign to create a new Commercial Pricing Tier

3. Name your new Commercial Pricing Tier. This can be based on anything you want - volume of pounds processed, industry, or even a specific customer. In this example, we'll create a "Hotels" pricing tier, and click "Next":

4. Next, choose to create pricing for this commercial tier using existing retail pricing as your starting point, or, start from scratch for a fresh start! If you choose to create pricing from existing pricing, you will then need to select a location or existing pricing tier as your starting point:

5. Once you select your starting point, go ahead and define the pricing for your commercial customer. Remember that your commercial customer will ONLY see products and services you define as available to them, at the price points you input. Choose wisely!

6. One of the last screens you will see in this flow is the ability to select the services you wish for these commercial customers to select when they order pick up and delivery online; remember, they will always only see the pricing you set! Choose the services they can select from when placing an online order.

7. Once you create this pricing tier, you will need to enroll your customers in this tier. Simply click on "Customer" in the saved view, or navigate to your "Customers" section of "Laundromats":

8. Click on the customer's name, and select "Commercial Settings" from the three-dot menu in the top righthand corner:

9. Turn ON "This is a commercial customer," and assign them to the relevant pricing tier. That's all!
