Interested in offering your customers a truly customized laundry experience? You can now create custom care preferences to allow your customers to choose their preferred washing temperature, drying temperature, detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and more.
To enable this opt-in feature, open the "Admin" section of the Cents Business Manager, and select "Preferences":
Toggle Customer Preferences ON, and begin customizing your first care preference
New preference name = "Drying Temperature," "Washing Temperature," "Detergent," etc
Choose whether this will be a single selection (such as yes, or no) vs. multi selection
Add the options your customers can choose from
Hang Dry Settings
If you wish to offer your customers hang dry, toggle Hang Dry Settings "ON"
Add a description that your customers will see during their online order creation.
