How to Add Store Closures for Pickup & Delivery

Learn how to disable online ordering on days in which your store is closed.

Need to close up shop for a holiday, doctor appointment, personal matter, or otherwise? Make sure to turn off pick-up and delivery by utilizing our "Store Closure" feature!

Here's how:

  1. Login to the Cents Business Manager, and navigate to "Locations"

  2. Select the location for which you wish to add a closure, and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Select "Store Closures":

  3. Click "+Add a Store Closure":

  4. Add the date range or hours for which you wish to schedule a closure:

  5. Click "Review" and see any existing orders that are impacted by the closure

  6. You can modify these pickup and delivery orders by utilizing our Manage on Behalf of feature.
