Need to close for a holiday, a day off, or shorter hours? Use Store Closures in Cents Business Manager to block pickup and delivery scheduling for those dates or times. Customers placing new online orders won't see the closed windows and are offered the next available one instead.
Use this if you're closing for a holiday, closing early, or need to pause pickup and delivery for specific dates or hours.
How to add a store closure
Open Store Closures. Log in to Cents Business Manager, go to Locations, and select the store. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and choose Store Closures.
Add a closure. Click Add a Store Closure.
Set the dates. Choose the closure date or date range, then select All Day to close the full day, or Specific Hours to close only part of the day (for example, closing early).
Set the hours (Specific Hours only). Enter the start and end times for the closure.
Review and save. Click Review, check the details, then click Save.
If orders are already scheduled during the closure
If customers already have pickups or deliveries booked during the closed window, you'll see a conflict warning on the Review step. A closure never moves or cancels orders on its own, so choose what to do with them:
Reschedule: click Reschedule to open a side panel with available time windows. Use the arrows at the top to switch dates, pick a new window, and check Notify Customer if you want customers told about the new day or time. Click Update. A confirmation (for example, "2 Orders rescheduled") appears when it's done.
Cancel: cancel any order that can't be moved.
Handle it later: acknowledge the conflict and click Save. The closure still saves, but those orders stay on their original times until you open each one, choose Manage Order, and reschedule or cancel it. See How to Reschedule or Update an Existing Order.
Once saved, the closure is listed under Saved Closures with its date, closure type, and conflict status (for example, Conflicts: None).
Important things to know
Closures are set per location.
You can close full days or a specific range of hours within a day.
Pickup and delivery windows that fall within or overlap a closure are hidden from new online orders and from rescheduling, so you don't need to message customers about new bookings.
Existing orders during a closure are never moved or cancelled automatically.
To reopen a date, go back to Store Closures and edit or remove the closure.

Troubleshooting
I don't see Store Closures.
Select a location first. The option is in the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of that location's page.
Customers can still book a closed date.
Check that the closure saved for the correct location and date or time, then refresh. Closures only apply to the location they were created for.
An existing order is still scheduled on a closed day.
Closures don't move existing orders. Open the order, choose Manage Order, and reschedule or cancel it.
I closed the wrong date or need to reopen.
Go back to Store Closures and edit or remove the closure.
