How to Add Holiday Store Closures

Use store closures to block out days or hours when your business won’t be accepting orders. Follow the steps below to set up a holiday closure.

1. Open Your Store Settings

Log in to the Business Manager, go to Locations, and select the store you want to update. Then click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and choose Store Closures.

2. Add a New Closure

Select + Add a Store Closure.

3. Set the Date Range

Choose the holiday closure dates.

Select whether the store will be closed All Day or for Specific Hours.

4. (If Applicable) Set Closure Hours

If you selected Specific Hours, enter the start and end times for the closure.

5. Review and Save

Look over the closure details to make sure everything is correct, then click Save.

6. Resolve Any Conflicting Orders

If any existing orders fall within the closure window, the system will notify you. You’ll be able to reschedule or cancel those orders before finalizing the closure

7. (If Applicable) Reschedule Impacted Orders

If you click Reschedule, a side panel will appear showing available time windows for a new date. You can navigate between dates using the arrows at the top. Select a new time window for the orders, and optionally check Notify Customer to automatically send customers a notification if the day or time changes. Click Update to confirm. A confirmation toast ("2 Orders rescheduled") will appear once complete.

8. Confirm the Closure

Once all conflicts are resolved, the closure will be saved and listed under Saved Closures, showing the date, closure type, and conflict status (e.g., "Conflicts: None").

Note: Pickup and delivery windows that fall within or overlap store closures will not be available for customers to schedule.
