You need Admin access to Cents Business Manager.

Have your five LaundroWorks POS credentials ready: Username, Password, Customer Key, Location ID, and POS Number.

You can find them in LaundroPortal under the Point of Sale menu. That menu only shows once LaundroWorks has set up POS access for your location.

In Cents Business Manager, click Admin, then open Locations and select your location.

Click the 3-dot menu in the top right and choose Configure Payment Options.

Turn on Accept cash card payments at this location.

Under Select your Cash Card Payment System, choose LaundroWorks.

Enter the Username, Password, Customer Key, Location ID, and POS Number exactly as LaundroWorks provided them, then click Save.

Repeat for each location that will accept LaundroWorks cards.

Don't see the Point of Sale menu in LaundroPortal?
POS access hasn't been set up for your location yet. Ask LaundroWorks support to set up POS access so your credentials show up.

Getting "Request failed with status code 422" on the tablet?
One or more credentials are missing or incorrect. Re-open Configure Payment Options and check every field, including leading zeros in the Location ID (for example, 0100001).

Not sure what to enter for POS Number?
It comes from your LaundroWorks POS reader. If you don't have a LaundroWorks POS reader, it may be 0. LaundroWorks support can confirm.

The LaundroWorks option isn't showing at the register?
Make sure you saved the settings for the right location, then close and reopen the Employee App.
