Create a Customer Group
Navigate to My Stores > Customers.
Select New Group.
Use the available filters to segment your customers:
Date (e.g., registration or purchase date)
Address
Total Orders
Total Order Value
Average Order Spend
Locations
Customer Type
Customer Attributes
After applying your desired filters, click Apply Filter to finalize your selection.
Once the filtered customer list appears, click Save Group.
Add a name for your group and click Save again.
Your new group will now appear under the Groups section.
Mass Message Your Customer Group
Navigate to the Groups section and select the group you just created.
Click into the group to view its details.
Use the messaging option to send a message to all customers in the group.
NoteIf a customer claims they did not receive a text message, have them text “START” to your Accelerate number to re-enable SMS notifications.
If a customer would like to opt out of receiving messages, they can text “STOP” to your Accelerate number.
