How to Close out a Service Order

To complete an order in the Cents Employee App, navigate to the active orders drawer and select the order you want to close out.

If the order has been paid, click Complete to finalize it.

Paid orders have system restrictions: they cannot be canceled, removed, or have their deliveries reversed. These rules help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with operational policies.

Completing an order updates its status in the system and locks it from further edits. It will remain visible in the order history for transparency and tracking but cannot be reverted to pending or draft. This step is essential for accurate reporting and record-keeping, so review all order details before marking it as completed.
