How to Review Active Order Details in the Employee App

Open any active order in the Cents Employee App to review its full details: services, payment status, preferences, storage location, and timeline, before you process it or hand it off.

Reviewing an order's details helps you confirm everything is correct and set the right expectations with your customer. Here's how to open the full detail view for any active order in the Cents Employee App.

Open an active order's details

  1. From the Employee App home screen, tap Active Orders.

  2. Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) and enter the order number or customer name.

  3. Tap the order to open it.

  4. Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner and select Review Order Details.

What you'll see

The detailed view brings the whole order together in one place:

  • Order number and current status

  • Customer name and contact info

  • Services and items (wash & fold weights, fixed-price items, dry cleaning, products)

  • Bag and hanger bundle counts

  • Storage location (rack)

  • Care preferences and order notes

  • Payment status and totals

  • The order timeline of key events and status changes

What else you can do from here

The Review Order Details view (and its three-dot menu) is also where you can act on the order once payment is complete:

  • Reprint bag tags or receipts

  • Issue a full or partial refund

  • Charge the order if it hasn't been paid yet

  • Adjust the order's items or weight by returning to the order builder

  • Cancel the order

Troubleshooting

  • Can't find the order? Make sure you're on the Active list (recently completed orders move to Completed), and search by the order number or customer name.

  • Don't see "Review Order Details"? Tap the order to open it first, then tap the three-dot menu in the top-right.
    ​

  • Details look out of date? Close and reopen the order, and make sure your app is on the latest version.

FAQ

Where do I see the order's timeline?
It's included in the Review Order Details view.

Can I refund or edit the order from here?
Yes. Once payment is complete, use the three-dot menu to refund, reprint, charge, adjust items, or cancel.

Is this the same as the Business Manager order view?
No. This is the Cents Employee App. The Business Manager has its own order detail view.
