Define a zone by creating a geofence service area.
To set up geofences, click into the Delivery Settings in the Cents Business Manager and scroll down to the “Service Area” section.
Click into the service area and choose “Zone by geofence” as the method to use to set up this service area.
Once saved, click into the service area to set up zone names and geofences.
Choose a service area name, color, and addresses that this geofence will service. Next, use the cursor to create and edit geofenced areas within this zone. Draw your shape by clicking points on the map, then make sure the last click is the same as the first click to close the shape. Once the shape is complete, press the “Save” button.
Once saved, this zone will appear in the service area section of the Business Manager.
Zones must be distinct and non-overlapping.
Once zones are created, assign these zones to the appropriate delivery windows.
To define a zone by address, click into an existing delivery zone that has previously been set up or simply choose “+ Zone" to create a new one.
Enter in a specific service address, assign to a color, and click save.
This new zone (address) will display as a colored dot on the map to the left.
