On-demand delivery lets you offer pickup and delivery through a Cents On-Demand Pickup & Delivery Partner, a third-party, on-demand driver network, so you can run delivery without managing your own drivers. You set it up per location in the Business Manager. This guide covers enabling it, defining your pickup and delivery windows, and setting an optional subsidy.
Before you start
You'll need admin access to the Cents Business Manager.
On-demand delivery is configured per location, so decide which location you're setting up and the days, times, and areas you want to cover.
You can offer on-demand delivery, your own drivers, or both. For own-driver setup, see How to Set Up Delivery Windows.
How to set up on-demand delivery
Log in to the Cents Business Manager.
Click Admin in the top navigation bar, then select the location.
Click Delivery Settings in the left-hand menu.
Make sure Offer pickup & delivery service at this store is turned on.
Turn on I Will Use a Cents On-Demand Pickup & Delivery Partner.
Define your pickup and delivery windows: choose the days of the week and the time ranges when on-demand pickups and deliveries can happen.
Set a subsidy (optional): enter the amount you want to cover toward each on-demand delivery. This lowers the delivery fee your customer pays.
Review your pickup and delivery fees and any other delivery preferences for the store.
Click Save.
On-demand delivery is now active for this location, and eligible customers can choose it at online checkout based on the windows you set.

On-demand delivery uses a third-party partner network, so you don't need your own drivers for these orders.
You can run on-demand delivery, your own drivers, or both, it's configured per location in Delivery Settings.
A subsidy is optional. It's the amount you cover per delivery to reduce the customer's delivery fee.

Troubleshooting
Don't see the on-demand option? Make sure Offer pickup & delivery service is on for the store, and that you're in the correct location's Delivery Settings.
Customers aren't offered on-demand delivery at checkout? Check that your windows cover the days and times they're booking, and that their address is within your service area.
Delivery costs more than expected? Review your subsidy and fee settings, the customer pays the delivery fee minus any subsidy you set.
