Archive offline machines you no longer use so they drop off your active Machines list. Archived machines aren't deleted, and you can find and unarchive them any time.
Use this if you've removed or replaced a machine that isn't paired to a Cents device, or you need to find a machine you archived earlier.
How to archive a machine
Log in to Cents Business Manager, click My Stores in the top navigation, then click Machines in the left-hand menu.
Choose the Washers or Dryers tab and click the machine.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the machine details and choose Archive Machine.
Click OK to confirm. Archiving means you won't be able to track the machine's usage or pay for it remotely.
How to find and unarchive a machine
On the Machines page, click the filter icon above the machine list.
Turn on Show archived. Archived machines appear in the list.
To bring a machine back, click it, open the three-dot menu, and choose Unarchive Machine.
Important things to know
Only offline machines (not paired to a Cents device) can be archived.
Archiving removes the machine from your active list and stops usage tracking and remote payments for it.
If a machine is missing from your list, including a machine synced from LaundroWorks, check whether it was archived before adding it again.
Troubleshooting
I don't see Archive Machine in the menu.
The machine is probably paired to a Cents device. Only offline machines can be archived. Text our Support team if you need to remove a paired machine.A machine is missing from my list.
Click the filter icon and turn on Show archived. If it's there, unarchive it.I archived the wrong machine.
Turn on Show archived, click the machine, and choose Unarchive Machine from the three-dot menu.
